Pros:All of the staff that I interacted with were super friendly, helpful, and accommodating.Cons:Drop off was a little bit confusing because there didn’t seem to be a dedicated spot for returns. Pros:The team was kind and quickly went through rental procedure.Cons:It is very hard to find those who are in parking lot for returning vehicle, or any dents or scratches prior to leaving. A large return sign check point and perhaps a single point outside for scratch and dent concerns would be very helpful. Guys in a badly parked truck looked like other customers.Reviewed 9 Aug. 2019

Drop off process not intuitivePros:Curbside drop was convenient. Inside agent was friendly.Cons:I dropped the car off a small regional airport, so the ability to drive to the terminal and drop off 100ft from the entrance was convenient. The signage got me close. The rep who was outside directing customers where to park, etc. wasn't very helpful. A bit snarky and felt like I was being "talked down to."Reviewed 20 Feb. 2017
