Cons: "I missed my outbound flight from Chicago to Dallas, and although I called to inform Delta, my return trip was cancelled and i did not find out until the day of my return to Chicago. When I called Delta to figure out what was going on, I was put on hold for two and a half hours. I'm not giving the flight a bad review, since I never got on the plane, but I'm disappointed with the accuracy and care for customers that I've experienced with Delta service. Delta was the first company I've ever flown with when I first started travelling when I was twelve years old, and it is unfortunate that I will probably never book with Delta again."
Pros: "I've done many flights this distance, and just take for granted that there will be entertainment. There wasn't."
Pros: "Unfortunately there were unavoidable delays due to weather but the staff gave regular updates and were very honest. Also, they brought out food and drinks for people bc they knew people wouldn't feel comfortable leaving the gate in case of changes. Staff handled the whole situation very well."
It’s exactly what it should have been for a short trip

Cons: "But this was like flying in an antique from the 20th century. No screens, AC not working well, tiny cabin. One of the bathrooms didn’t even have a sink."

Cons: "This flight was booked as a connection through Atlanta on Delta. When I checked in (on the previous flight) was able to select seats or print a boarding pass for the Atlanta to Calgary leg."
Cons: "Delays should be fully disclosed from the start as opposed to rolling changes and stringing customers along . WestJet should have booked us on one of the 5 earlier flights to the same or nearby airports. At a minimum we should have received vouchers for dinner as we were delayed through meal times"

We were ticketed to heathrow instead of Barcelona . Why? per the incompetent ticketing person we had to get off get our bags go through immigration and then get ticketed for the remaining leg. This was not required We missed our flight. Per heathrow agent this is a reoccurring problem from Orlando. They notified British air but problem persists. We were rebooked and arrived 18 hours after we left Mco. Between this the mediocre food and horrible aisle bed. I will never book another British air again

Cons: "None of the crew smiled. They seemed like TSA agents that wanted to stop us from coming in. They seemed mad that we were using their airline."

Cons: "Seats were impossibly small. Family in front of us kept removing their face masks. Wife pulled hers down to take selfies every few minutes and husband consistently wore his below his nose. Flight attendant asked him once to pull it up and he did, only to pull it down again a few minutes later."
Cons: "DO NOT FLY AMERICAN AIRLINES DURING A PANDEMIC. They were not keeping folks distanced from each other, they did not make sure that all the passengers had masks (I understand that people might take them off in flight briefly to drink etc but there were people that walked right on without masks on at all) The flight was FULL. They did a full drink/snack down the aisle thing ensuring that everyone packed into that small space would all be taking off their masks at the same time (if they still had it on in the first place). I did not feel safe at all."

Cons: "In-flight movies were broken the entire flight. There was no way to charge a phone or laptop despite the 3+ hour flight time. My 45 minute hopper from RDU to CLT had both plug and USB. Additionally AA does not offer free messaging."

Cons: "No advanced seat assignments unless we paid $100 per person?! Recently flew Delta on same equipment (A321). Delta had in-seat entertainment & adjustable head rest"
We got a good deal on the cost of the tickets, however my seat didn’t recline and it was so crowded that my shoulder was constantly touching my neighbor’s shoulder. It felt like I was in too tight a space. So in the end, it wasn’t a good flight. It was too uncomfortable.
I already shared my experience about this trip, so I'm not sure why I am being asked again. It was horrible because there was a long delay and the passengers were encouraged (forced with no options) to flight the prescribed route to a city with no other flights.. so a night in Toronto without any decision on the customer's part. like, 'oh well' we will just do what works for us and you have to deal with it" what's a day in your life anyway?
Economy class feels really cramped and marginalized compared to business class, especially on a 9 hour flight.

Flight was cancelled on the departure day. We had to drive an extra 250 km to make it to another flight that was also cancelled. Finally booked on another flight that was also delayed 1h30...weather was fine on all flight. Every delay because of technical issues. Horrible experience.
They canceled my flight, without telling me. They didn’t refund me either, they gave me a credit.
Check-in was excellent. Flight crew were average, but managed the weather induced stress calmly. We were delayed five hours due to weather, equipment, and staffing shortages.
The plane was on time which is a big deal now. I wish they had TV screen on every seat to watch entertainment.

The seats are so uncomfortable, it feels like a lot of the padding has been removed for weight. I am 6’2” and there is just not enough room to sit comfortably in a 3 seat row.
