Friendly Rockford staffPros:The lady in Rockford was wonderful! She was fast, friendly and very informative. The over all experiance was quick and easy.Cons:I'm spoiled with my car at home, it's quiet and smooth. The Hundai I rented was great but I could feel every bump in the road.
