Cons:Kiosk at the airport was unmanned and had to use Alamo for picking up the Enterprise reserved vehicle. The line was long and moved slowly and took about 30 minutes. Very disappointed with that portion of the process, otherwise was a fine experience.Reviewed 9 Nov. 2020

Pros:Car was not 'really' clean -- esp. around the inner door frames where you touch getting in and out. I cleaned the inside windshield. I picked up the car with just about an empty tank but left it with 3/4 tank. The lady in St. Pete didn't know if I could be reimbursed for the difference.Reviewed 2 May 2017

All goodPros:Quick processing, replaced the booked car as it did not have luggage compartment cover in hatchback. Also rental was extremely cheap, which is a seasonal thing(i guess), still adds to overall positive impression. Worst customer service ever experiencedCons:Unorganized in the kiosk. Gave an inaccurate receipt and never closed out the rental. Could not assist me to get the extra unnecessary charges removed. I will never rent from them again. I will also advise others to not rent from this business either.Reviewed 4 Dec. 2016

Credit card?Pros:That I reacted calmly in the situation when I was in a hurryCons:I was unable to pick up the car because I only had a debit card and not a credit card. I don't remember seeing that in the terms but maybe I had missed it. I was lucky that Hertz took debit cards and had one vehicle left. I lost a half hour and $70 in the situation.
