The people at the first enterprise we went to were too busy, unhelpful and gave away our rental car. Took us three hours to find a big enough rental. We reserved the rental June 20th for a family vacation. Really at a loss they gave away our vehicle. We finally found one at another location after going to four locations with no large vehicles. We then paid 300$ more for not even the same car we originally rented. Really disappointed.Reviewed 8 Jul 2024

I made a reservation on kayak for a car that enterprise did not have. This caused a one hour and 45 minute delay waiting at a terminal in the rain and my having to call around town to locate a vehicle.
