The agent at the counter told us we did not need a toll pass and we did. We went through one toll. I told them and they would not remove the FINE with the toll. For this reason, I will not rent from them again.Reviewed 9 Jul. 2023

We had to wait for two hours in line to get our vehicle. That was absurd! We were exhausted since this was at from 10:30pm-12:30am! The agent was very efficient once it was our turn. Once we received our vehicle, everything was excellent...the van, the drop off.Reviewed 24 Apr. 2023
