Car was ok, people working for ace needs to be trained on how to treat costumers, they are very rude and so unprofessional , at he kiosk at the airport they were almost forcing me to upgrade my rental and trying to get me to buy some other unnecessary stuff, it was so unprofessional, I don’t know if I’ll rent a car from this place again.Reviewed 6 Sep. 2023

This is without question the worst rental car company. I showed up to pick up the vehicle and was asked for a copy of my utility bill. For the last 20 years I’ve flown 100k miles a year and rent cars frequently. Never in that time have I been asked for a utility bill as a requirement to rent a vehicle. To make matters worse, the guy at the desk couldn’t care less, took a personal call while I was talking to him, ignored my questions and then refused to work with me outright canceling the reservation and leaving me stranded.Reviewed 4 Aug. 2023

Car was better than expected. Service agent at the beginning was the worst part of the experience. No issues… more direction with instructions for drop off would have been nice. Overall not a bad experience and for the price I would definitely use them again.Reviewed 13 Mar. 2023

Price was good and car was what we needed. They do try to upsell you a bit at the check in counter . Offer a more expensive car, offer insurance which you don’t need if you have an auto policy, offer to sell you a tank of gas rather than refilling yourself. My flight was delayed from Eugene to Denver so I missed my connecting flight which made me late getting to Tampa. When I got to Ace to pickup my car I was told they gave my economy car to someone else. I was not instructed when reserving the car that I needed to call if my plane was delayed otherwise I would have. I also overheard the agent tell someone else they overbooked themselves. She wasn't very sympathetic with my situation. Then I was told they could give me a Toyota RAV but when I went to pickup my vehicle they tried to give me a large minivan. This was not acceptable so I advised the man helping me to please find me another car. I was then given a Nissan Kicks. On top of all this I was charged an extra 10 bucks a day plus tax for the rental fees. I was expecting to pay roughly $465 but ended up paying $610.
