Horrible. The car broke down, and they don't offer delivery for replacement vehicles, so I had to get a ride all the way back to the airport to get a replacement vehicle, and they didn't even offer a refund/discount of any kind... Absolutely horrible customer serviceReviewed 25 Mar 2024

First the pickup and drop off place was a Hertz rental location and not a Thrifty location. Second this is a location less geared to travelers and more geared to local customers and it is understaffed. Third it is not anywhere near the airport and we could not change the location to the airport which would have Ben more convenient. Finally, we were not offered the opportunity to purchase the fuel program, so had to stop to buy extra gas unnecessarily. All of the above made this rental car experience poor.Reviewed 15 Mar 2023
