Everything was great. The service at pickup was great, the online set up made a mistake on time I asked for a 9 am pickup and it was reserved for noon. The man at the counter arranged for the car to be available by 10 am and we were pleased.Reviewed 26 Sep. 2023

Never rent here Ac never worked After 5 hours of having the car it broke down they made us wait 3 hours in the 40 degree weather for tow truck then once we got back they refused to refund us anything Also be prepared to pay double your rental for kuwait licence insurance that isn’t mentioned at all on any one’s siteReviewed 26 Sep. 2023
