Horrible experience, do not book at this location! The branch called the day before and confirmed reservation. Day of, were told there was no car available and they refused to help us rebook. Enterprise said they would credit the difference of a new booking elsewhere but we have gotten the runaround since. DON’T BOOK HERE OR WITH ENTERPRISE!Reviewed 12 Apr. 2023

I asked for a car with GPS. First, I got one without. Only cars with GPS were large SUV. So, I got Ford Expedition for a very reasonable price. Mr. Dylan Jernigan was very professional and meet my request when was obvious that firtstly booked car did not have GPS.Reviewed 18 Feb. 2023
