Pros: It was a pleasure to stay here as we drove from the UK to Prague. Staff were super helpful and even went out of their way to cook us some food, despite the kitchen being closed, at 11pm on a Sunday night!

Cons: A bit argument re. the invoice amount, which showed to be my mistake. Very little flexibility re. checking out of the room.

Cons: During my first night a firealarm went off. After some time we all got back to our rooms, no issue with that. However there was no word of explanation from the hotel stuff

Cons: In my opinion, breakfast is expensive. I had feeling like if I paid for each item, would have been cheaper. That maybe because I don't each much, though. Another very important point is that, before my visit, booking send me notification that hotel did send you confirmation on my special request was accepted and would be arranged however when I was at the hotel, staff did not even know my request. I had to find your confirmation and show them. After that they checked 4 rooms but at the end they could not arrange. So, pls before confirming, check 2 times as it was almost midnight and I had to spend 30 min for that after a long trip. Thanks
