Frankly, quite nice, new and clean facilities. However, unbelievably bad customer service and management. The reception hours are limited and even during the operating hours there is frequently no one at reception. My key card stoped working so I was stranded outside for hours, including during operating hours. When I called the help number on the door they said someone would be there to assist me in 5-10 minutes, I waited over 30 minutes and nobody showed up. I would be surprised if anyone ever came at all. I saw multiple other guests in the same situation; in fact, more often then not it is the guest who have to let each other in when the key cards stop working, which apparently they inevitably will. The lockers in the room required a passcode to be set up, the staff was completely incapable and uninterested in assisting. The thought of using the instructions apparently hadn’t occurred to them, when myself and another guest were given the instructions and master key we were able to easily set it up ourselves. Also, had it not been for the resourcefulness of one of the guests that happened to be in the lobby, the vending machine would never have worked again. I had so many issues with this place and the staff acted with total incompetence and apathy at ever step of the way. Any time I tried to voice a concern to the staff they suddenly forgot all their English, this is the first time I’ve encountered circumstantial language fluency. It’s truly a shame that such a nice facility is wasted by mismanagement and poor operation. If you choose to stay here then god help you, the customer is absolutely left to fend for themselves.
