The location in Niagara Falls did not have sufficient staff for a Saturday. They even told us that. They usually have more staff on weekdays. Poor planning. We had to sit for awhile before the car was brought up and the gas tank wasn’t full.

Customer service was good. Was told if I brought it back a couple hours past due I'd be charged 30 bucks an hour. I was charged for another whole day. Wasn't sure what the problem was.

I liked the vehicle. Did not like the employee as he was not there when he was supposed to be. When he did show up he didn't apologize just carried on with this routine. People were waiting. The location doesn't answer the phone. Not a good experience.
