Pros: I loved the room. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the location was very close to the freeway and to places to eat. I arrived very late, and there was even a 25-hour IHOP just a few miles down Great River Road. That really made my night
Cons: Came back from IHOP at about 2am, but although the doors have card key readers that indicate a guest can unlock the door after hours, it doesn't actually work. I ended up having to ring the bell which meant walking further in the rain.

Pros: Right when you walk in the lobby you notice how clean and good smelling it is! Along with nice marble and elegant furniture everything fit well together! The location of the hotel was superb, right behind a shopping mall and across the street from a whole bunch of nice restaurants.

Pros: This hotel came through clutch. I was in town with my hockey team and we were placed right across from the pool and hot tub. We were surrounded by hearing impaired rooms so our whole hockey team was hanging out in our room and had no problems. Top notch staff and room. Couldn't be happier with the stay.

Cons: I wasn't greeted when I walked in for check-in. It was a young lady employee helping another lady out, and another employee was free she assumed to be typing something in the computer. She never looked up and said anything to me. A gentleman walked in and said he lost his key and stood next to me she replaced his key and still didnt say nothing... then she looked up and said checking in ???? I said yeah. Later that night when i came back to the hotel I was greeted by a nice employee asked was everything ok, how was my night etc etc

Pros: I liked how spacious the room was and how I had a refrigerator and microwave available.
Cons: This facility had the absolute worst care for it’s guests that are staying in the hotel. They let outsiders come in and throw a birthday pool party for a bunch of 10-year-olds that were in the pool and Jacuzzi for two straight days while we were there. When we requested that something to be done about that they said they couldn’t and it was out of their hands but they would allow us to go in the pool after closing hours. But by then the pool and Jacuzzi were black, like water in a ditch on the side of the road!! So they told us come back tomorrow since you’re staying another day and we will have maintenance clean it for you. Being understanding, we said OK. And went the next day to only find another 15 more kids were back in the pool & jacuzzi that day also! Save yourself the headache and stay at a different hotel in Livonia!!!

Cons: The thermostat in the room would not keep the heat on. At night it turned off every 30 minutes which resulted in us waking up because of the cold every 30 minutes since it was in the 20 degree F range outside. The walls were also very thin so you could hear heavy footsteps the entire time. The breakfast left a lot to be desired

Cons: The customer service was absolutely terrible. I’m from Florida and was dealing with the struggles of hurricane Dorian. These people would rather take your money than help you out. It’s expected from a corporation to care more about the dollar, but when you have a customer in your face explaining their hardship and you simply DO NOT CARE, it shows very clearly. It was an Ok hotel stay, nothing no write home about. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Then my child dropped something next to the bed, (I had seen something that looked sparkly near a large stain near the one bed) when she bent down to get it she said “momma what’s that and went to pick up what I found to be several used pairs of disposable contacts. Gross. Gross that it wasn’t cleaned up and disgusting that the last guest was so careless. I was also double charged for my room, the booking.com charge, and then the young lady Melissa who checked me in said “can you swipe again I want to be sure it went through since You hooked with a 3rd party” I will now have to call in the morning to speak to a manager as there was none present at checkout. I’m not too pleased overall.

The fact that she lied was just a disgrace and she made the stay uncomfortable cause we felt like she was going to throw us out at anytime...

Cons: The bedroom was VERY HUMID. Even though I had the AC on high, and at 60 degrees. It was NOT cold at all. Very humid and musty. The two nights I was there, I hardly got any sleep because of this.

Pros: I grew up in the area and already knew about the location, so that made me comfortable. staff was nice and rooms were clean, and breakfast was good and appreciated!

Pros: Quiet and Breakfast. Great location too! The room was very clean.
Cons: It was quiet and a very nice breakfast. The only complaint I have is that the hallway floors look like they have not been vacuumed in months, including the carts used to load up your stuff to take to your room need vacuum and cleaning. Room was very clean

Pros: Literally nothing but the breakfast
Cons: The room is extremely dirty fallen hair is everywhere and the bedsheets wasn't clean.

Pros: The woman at the front desk was wonderful! I'm sorry I don't know her name but she was there at check in and check out. There is also a very good Italian restaurant just down the road called Antonio's. Very convenient.

Cons: The furniture was disgusting- ripped apart and old. The room had a bad smell. Things were dirty. ‘Breakfast’ was gross and gone within an hour. They don’t clean on the weekends.

Pros: Location. And previous stays was able to keep my business books balance. Like the breakfast, Friendly staff.
Cons: What I didn't like is the systems were down I had to wait until they came back up. I needed two receipts for business purposes. I was told no problem as I had booked several times before and had requested the same each time without fail. Until now!

Cons: Thin floor...bass from the party downstairs too loud until 2a 2 nights. They did turn it down after a call to the front desk but volume crept back up.
