Neither Kayak nor Green Motion mention (unless you dig around on Green Motion's website) that you have to take 2 separate busses (one of them a city bus) to get to the rental facility. On Kayak, it says "airport shuttle". It should say "city bus from airport, then Green Motion shuttle to Green Motion facility".Reviewed 9 Aug. 2022

They messed up my reservation. I originally book thru green motion but on the day of arrival I received a email that my pick up location has changed. When I got the site I waited almost an hour just to find out that my reservation is changed to green motion again. Wasted my 1 hour. Also the car provided to me was involved in a accident before I rented it. Green motion clerk was very helpfull by one stitch employees are fraud.Reviewed 8 Aug. 2022

The rental office is very close to the airport, but the directions that were emailed to me were not good. No one inside the airport could tell me where you were at. We ended up having a cab drive us to the location we were we mailed only to find out that you were back behind the airport in an office connected to a hotel. That little ride cost me $30.00. But the car was great, the staff were efficient, and the car was big enough to carry 3 people and two weeks worth of luggage. The price was the lowest we found. when i booked the car at reen motion i havent read back them all the bad reviews other given them, this is my bad starting from the fact that i been late on the flight and when i arrive to the agency they cancelled my booking and want to charge me for the entire cost of 1 week rent without given me the car after spwaking with the manager he except to activate the contract but i found out that the contract been shorten in 6h. means i book the car for 6 days but got a punishment and reduce to 6 days - minus the actual time from booking our to actually receiving the car this is unbelievable after that it takes them 1.3h just to print the contract and give me the car why it takes so long as everything is manual process the car was so poor that no water in the glass washing / gas was half tank and not clean inside outReviewed 6 Aug. 2022

I reserved our vehicle online using American Express and assumed I would be able to complete any in-person payments with the same credit card. However, when I arrived, I was informed that Green Motion does not accept Amex and was charged a £150 debit fee. The car we hired was comfortable, but it was overdue for service and still had some garbage inside from the previous driver. The Apple Car Play also did not work for the entirety of our trip. When I complained to Green Motion about these issues, I received a very rude, dismissive response. They were unwilling to refund any of our money despite all these problems.Reviewed 2 Aug. 2022

Although The staff were friendly and the car was good, it took us 1.5 hours to retrieve the car upon arrival, and there were many hidden fees. We had also wanted to drop the car off at a different location, which we were told was impossible because the branches were franchised. The company appears to have great deals, but it ends up working out to about the same price as one of the bigger companies that have better service and options. We also had tire issues and had to replace a tire, and are still waiting to be contacted by the company to be reimbursed through the insurance.Reviewed 1 Aug. 2022
