Don't be cheap go somewhere else
It was only $40

Run down flop house in a good location
Location
Weed smoke everywhere, consistent shady characters conducting business. Essentially feels like an hourly hostel in a decent location. There was what looked like male ejaculation stains and remains all over the floor. I never dared to take my shoes off in the room.

Well the fact that we got kicked out over am argument between my fiancee and I which was for like 20 minutes had the police called on us and they didn't even see anything wrong and the front desk clerk (jerk) said we had to go when we heard people arguing and not even that smelled smoke coming from rooms and none of them got kicked out. He was very unprofessional and the day we got kicked out I paid for and he said he couldn't find no record of where my transaction receipt was so I called my bank and let him listen to where I paid for that day and he told me he didn't see it so I told him how was I supposed to get a hotel for the day with 2 young children (2 and 5) and he told me that was my problem... so my fiancee called the same officers that came earlier to come back to verify that we were getting kicked out and he said yes and mysteriously found the receipt that showed I paid for the day... so I did get that money back but he was very insensitive to us... kicked us out for an argument that was just a little yelling I find ridiculous especially when i told him about my kids and fiancee and the best part is I tried to book a hotel down the street and he called the hotels around there and told them not to accept me onto the premises. He was the only issue and his name is Jesse by the way very disrespectful person and should definitely get terminated.
Cozy Corner
This motel's staff was excellent. Very friendly, accommodating, and helpful. The building was easy to find and provided the necessary amenities, like towels, soap, etc.
Our jacuzzi tub was not working properly. It would fill up, but the jets were not working right. Other than that, amazing motel experience.
Seemed a bit odd that even tho the facility has been "Smoke Free" for a few years, my room smelled like an ASH TRAY
Close to the airport and restaurants and it was cheap
Sleazy hotel. Lots of questionable characters hanging around. Comfortors stained. Bed sheets had stains and tears. Smelled like weed and cigarette smoke.
Cigarette Smoke throughout hotel, not clean, run d
Nice that it had a tv to distract me from the many flaws of the room. AC was good.
Extensive cigarette smoke throughout the hotel. Had to put a towel in the crack of door to try to stave it off. Smoking is not allowed in the hotel per Michigan law. I asked the hotel concierge about why it was so smoky. He said that they try to kick out the people who are smoking. Ah, didn't seem like that happened much. Also, there was very little bedding on the bed- all cheap and light linens.
DUMP-Scary
Scared! The motel smelled like weed. In the middle of the night there was a fight. Place needs to be torn down.
Disappointed
It was noisy all night long with people being loud, slamming doors, going up and down hall. Didn't get any sleep. Could not get any adjustment or refund because it was booked online.
Some problems
Price was fair.
No cups or drinking glasses. Sink would not drain, standing water all night
It was minutes from the airport.
I was greated by a very friendly, accomodating representative. Her name was Amber. She and the rest of the staff always smiled and said hello.
The only issue I can think of is, smoking was permitted on my floor. When it came up in conversation with the front desk person he asked where it came from and was going to get right on it making sure it didn't happen again. Also the washer was out of order which would of been a convenient commoditie but I made out ok.
We had a problem with our booking - motel's computer said single room, we needed double - employee fixed it immediately. Also had problem with the tv and they moved us immediately. Great customer service.
No
Good, smiling staff.
The hotel took cash payment for the booking as well as charged my credit card. They are yet to refund the credit card amount though they had re-assured me that they will do it. I do not know whether I should lodge a conplaibnt with you or with the Hotel. I have the cash payment receipt with me as well as message from my bank that they have charged my account. I would appreciate an action against the above.
The hotel was located near the freeway as well as close by to many stores.
We got what we paid for....worked out perfect for our stay.
