Pros: When we have just arrived, we tended to buy some snacks and drinks but everything has been prepared in room. Which is very nice. Also love the bathroom with nice facilities and lightning.The bed is comfying and love the well designed room in overall.

Pros: There are many fascinating things to talk about this hotel. Firstly the room is perfectly clean, all things in the room are clean and nicely arranged. You will not get any cheaper 3 star hotel with this quality. The location is good. Good here means is good for trying the local food, cheap and clean food. If you choose to stay in the city center which I did when I arrived at Ha Noi in the first 2 days and booked a hotel in Pho Co area. Nearby this Mely hotel, you will find many things that you will need for your stay within a few minutes walk: convenient stores, hair salon, laundry, banks... and of course the price is cheap, really cheap. However it is far away from the city center but I already compared that if you are going to visit the famous places in Ha Noi, just rent a private car for 1-2 days, the price is cheap and you will not have to suffer from the super hot weather in Ha Noi this season (40 degrees at noon). The staffs of Mely Hotel are awesome. They are really helpful and friendly. You can ask them anything if necessary, booking airport pickup, see off (same price or even cheaper if you book outside), tours information... I would like to say 3 thousand thanks to the staff named Ánh. She is super pretty and helpful. It was my first time going to Ha Noi and there were many questions in my mind. She helped me so much on looking for information, transportation and even arranged a wonderful massage session with staffs from a spa nearby. If I have chance to go back to Ha Noi, I will definitely choose Mely Hotel.

Cons: In the morning, the noise from people checking room and cleaning service is a bit uncomfortable. We even thought that someone had been about to enter our room but that was just the next room being checked.

Cons: No WiFi in my floor. Sheets had to changed straight away as they were still strained and soiled for previous guest. Hot water broke. Hall ways were filthy. You could hear everything the other guest were doing, I mean everything!!!

Cons: The bed sheets not clean. The towels not clean. Far from city centre. Booked a taxi to airport, hotel claimed to be 350000vnd, but taxi asked for more when arrived.

Cons: - Noisy cleaners with walkie talkies even though you put do not disturb. Nice people but no respect for noise. - Power cuts regularly - Internet cutting out - Expensive cleaning even though next door is cheaper. You should price it similar. - Don’t drink water in the basket even though you get 2 free ones as they charged me even though it was the free water. I put it in the basket and then drank it and they charged me because it went in the basket. - Card machine didn’t work for days so had to wait to pay - Put in room with korean bed (they said it not me) and had a bad back first then they changed my room to a better bed. - I asked for a bath at the start before I went which they agreed but didn’t fulfil this. - Expensive restaurant even though right outside is cheaper and better quality food, I understand you got to make a profit but don’t take advantage of tourists when after a while we can see the cheaper ones outside the door.
