I didn’t like anything about the experience. There were no cars available for rental at any Hertz location which was a waste of time and energy. The company reps refused to assist me with contacting other locations for availability. I was able to finally obtain a rental from Enterprise and will just stick to them in the future because although they were out of cars they actually contacted me to get me set up with another location that had a car in stock for me.Reviewed 14 Oct. 2022

I was told that my reservation was cancelled because I did not forsee a delay in my travel for a mechanical failure to the airplane when I made the reservation two weeks in advance. After explaining that to the Hertz employees and leaving to find alternative transportation I was given a rental car. I would not recommend a rental from this location.Reviewed 27 Sep. 2022

Was going to return the car a day early. I was told that I would not be reimbursed for the unused day. Kept the car for the full rental time. When I returned the car in the 4th at 16:30 hrs there was no Hertz company rep in the booth or at the counter inside the terminal. I went back outside to the booth and I Hertz rep finally showed up. Severe lack of staffing at this location. Hertz reps will not accompany you to inspect the vehicle when you initially get the car. When asked about documenting existing damage to the vehicle they hand you a paper form to fill out. I take pictures of everything to cover myself.Reviewed 5 Jul. 2022

Because of a lack of crew to fly the airplane that was supposed to take me to my destination (Baton Rouge), I had to cancel my reservation with Hertz. I was told that I would be given a refund in 5-7 days. I'm still waiting and concerned that it's not coming.Reviewed 22 Mar. 2022
