Pros:The staff was helpful and friendly with good English ability. They worked hard to process me as quickly as possible on both ends.Cons:I was surprised by a large deposit "required by the non-Hertz insurance" I had purchased. That should have been communicated before I arrived to pick up the car.Reviewed 26 Jun. 2019

Pros:Excellent value. I have never driven a small car like the Toyota Aygo, but it turned out quite fine even going up the steep hills. Excellent gas mileage.Cons:Only that there was no windshield wiper liquid in the reservoir. I have already told Hertz about this and they said that they will take care of it.Reviewed 20 Sep. 2017

Pros:Affordable and efficient! We rented a car in Belgrade, Serbia for a road trip through Serbia, Macedonia, and Bulgaria. Car was great, check in and out was great, and we appreciated Hertz's policy of no-charge for spouses as additional driver (if you're a member of their rewards group).Reviewed 19 Sep. 2017

Cons:I changed three cars during my rental. First car under rented size and they changed day after. Second car engine over heated. They brought third car tomorrow morning from Belgrade to Montenegro. All cars was with lot of damage and screeching. All cars luck like too oldReviewed 14 Aug. 2017
