Pros:Staff at airport corrected the problemCons:I booked a pick up time at a location that was closed. I should not have been allowed to book at that time. Called Hertz and the wouldn’t find me a similar car anywhere near for my family of 6 stranded travelers.Reviewed 29 May 2021

Pros:Nothing. There was no car available the entire time we were in Mt Pleasant, Sc from 14 May thru 17 May. I had previously made a confirmed reservation on 4 May and my credit card account had the amount posted already.Cons:Arrangements should have been made when it was evident that no car was available at the appointed time.Reviewed 19 May 2021

Pros:Staff was excellent. The manager went out of way to give credit for taxiCons:We booked to drop off at airport but upon arrival they told us they would charge us $250 more to do that. We booked that way so it would be less stressful for us and give us more time to visit the city. However, that did not work out that way. Pros:Nothing - they didn’t fulfill my reservation.Cons:I reserved a car and when I called to confirm it and ask a payment question, I was told they were overbooked and didn’t have a car for me. They also claimed they try to call me to tell me citing a phone number that wasn’t mine - I never got a call. Hertz shouldn’t confirm fake reservations for people that can’t be fulfilled.Reviewed 18 May 2021

Pros:The agent, Katherine Morales at Ashley Towne Center, Charleston SC, was both efficient, welcoming and 100% accommodating to all our needs. Her attitude and helpfulness is a rarity in todays world and because of her we will use Hertz in our future travels. She should be teaching all your employees what "customer service" means. Pros:Catherine was great. Dropping off the car was a mess. One guy working with four of us standing inside. Not good. He totally screwed me on closing my return of the car. He did not apply my gold rewards so that rental was a waste.Cons:Having more than one person inside at the end of the day on a friday should be a priority. I did not like the fact that when you pick your vehicle up it is not full of fuel. You get 3 options on how to return the car and its fuel. Ranges from bring it back with same level to we will bend you over and put fuel in it at $9 a gallon. Way easier if cars are brought back full. Mine at pickup was down over a quarter of a tank but I brought it back full.Reviewed 30 Mar. 2021
