As a Gold Member with Hertz, I had a confirmation that a vehicle was set for me to pick up. The Hertz representative at the counter mentioned they did not have any vehicles available even after I provided a confirmation. He mentioned that all their vehicles were reserved, that I should go to another rental agency to see if they have any available to rent. I am very, very, very disappointed with wasting my time and would never rent a vehicle from Hertz.Reviewed 3 Sep. 2022

Pick up and drop off were good. The Nissan Armada wasn't very clean. Interm wipers didn't work. The gas cap was broken. The ride seemed like the vehicle needed new shocks. Possible, given the vehicle had 55,000+ miles. This was not a good value.Reviewed 30 Aug. 2022

Car was dirty. Looks like it wasn’t cleaned from last rental. Bugs still on grill and lights, crumbs on seats, windows were smeared and had a film on them and car stunk like Chinese food. Also car had a bad shake when we got up to freeway speeds. Overall one of the worst rentals I’ve had.Reviewed 14 Aug. 2021

Pros:The staff in Colorado Springs and in Wilmington were very friendly and efficient. The Toyota Sequoia was very, very comfortable which made the trip enjoyable.Cons:I requested Serius XM in the vehicle but were never had it. One thing to improve is the time frame spent on trying to contact a PERSON when calling the Hertz 1-800 customer service number. The automated system kept telling me to go to hertz.com but the website did not help me with possibly correcting the issue with the satellite radio. That was very frustrating. You need to pay more people to answer the customer service phone number especially during the summer when more people are traveling.Reviewed 13 Jun. 2021
