Pros:The vehicle was not cleaned inside or out. It had a very strong smell of cigarette smoke inside. The staff was not helpful at all and said that no other vehicle was available. I should have canceled and requested a refund!!Cons:The paperwork clearly stated the vehicle was a no smoking vehicle AND that there is a $400 cleaning fee! I'd like to know if these clowns charged that to the previous renters!Reviewed 6 Apr. 2021

Cons:It was a surprise that on top of the payment I owed $80 in taxes. This negated the benefit of this transaction vs other reservations. Then, my flight arrived at 9PM. Hertz was closed. I could not get a rental car for one night as none were available so I had to Uber for $60 more. So not reserving here next time.Reviewed 29 Mar. 2021

Cons:Make sure you have a major credit card to put a $200 hold after you already paid for it online. Didnt tell me that and I got dropped off at the airport to pick up the vehicle. Stranded.Reviewed 18 Aug. 2019
