Was able to make a reservation for a car, took an Uber 20+ minutes to location, to wait 15 minutes while a gentleman just talked on the phone. To then be told "we don't have any cars". How can I make a reservation when you don't have any cars?Reviewed 18 Sep. 2022

Don't use Hertz. They will cancel on you last minute and do not honor reservations, even when paid in full. I will never use their service again! Be warned.Reviewed 7 Sep. 2022

The ideal experience. I am a med student and thus pinch pennies and accept some inconvenience to do it. It was far cheaper for me to rent a car a few days from this place in Culver City than the airport even accounting for ubers to and from. The car was clean and pick up and drop off were so easy. I spent longer waiting for the uber than dropping off my car. Will definitely use again next time I am in Los Angeles.Reviewed 7 Dec. 2021
