Pros:Ease of rental, proactive service, priceCons:Lower Insurance cost, it was way too high. That particular vehicle had an obstruction when taking the foot off the break pedal. I had a somewhat long shoe. Could be very dangerous in certain situations.Reviewed 15 Mar. 2021

Bad experiencePros:NothingCons:Car was returned, gassed and given to me, filthy. The Car had low tire pressure which I didn’t notice until I got on the road. When I asked for a new, they advised the had to Check it out for damage”. What? Replacement Car had bad steering... thought Hertz was a gold standard in rental... not so much,Reviewed 23 Feb. 2018
