I booked a rental at Hertz. Hertz didn't exist, for several years already. We went to Localiza, which used to be a partner of Hertz. They didn't see our reservation, because they told us they are not Hertz. The type of car we booked "Wagon" was not available, they never even offer that type of car. The price was a lot higher than what we reserved. The car they gave us had some damage and was not filled up to the max. They gave us a second car in better condition and full of gas. How is it possible that you make a reservation at a company that doesn't exist? For a car they don't have (ever)? And we have to pay a lot more to finally have a car.Reviewed 21 Jun. 2022

Pros:Pick-up staff was awesome. From the shuttle driver, to contract agent and agent inspecting the car. Great experience!Cons:Cleanness. Car was delivered to us with used face cover mask in the compartment glove. Pencil and paper in the pax door and windshield wiper washer reservoir empty!
