The car interior smelled of cigarettes, had 60,000 miles on it, was misaligned and wobbly at highway speeds, had scratches on exterior, had severely worn floor mats. I've never had a rental from a major brand that was in such poor condition. Noted these items to Hertz and received a perfunctory form email with no substance. Disappointing.Reviewed 26 Apr. 2024

My reservation was prepaid, the agent asked for the same credit card for the deposit, I didn't have the card at the time, I had other credit cards, but he didn't accept any of my credit cards for the deposit, he ended up making a new rental agreement, he gave me the same vehicle, but ended up charging me $204.15 instead of the $96.15 was was already prepaid. I was not happy with that, I will never use Hertz anymore.Reviewed 25 Apr. 2024
