Pros:I liked the car and the location was very convenient.Cons:Very slow pick up and drop off process. Not enough employees or they were just too busy. Lines of people inside and out the door waiting for help. No clear process to pick up or who is next. It was just very unorganized.Reviewed 27 Apr. 2021

Pros:I like the quick in and out process and the cleanliness of the car.Cons:My initial rental was not ready on time and I was not given a discount or compensated then my rental was delayed until the next day and I was charged the same amount and the car was had to be downgraded to a five passenger suv instead of a seven. It was devastating because it was my birthday weekend and it messed up my plans.Reviewed 9 Feb. 2021

Pros:Clean and staff was very friendly. Wouderful service once in branch. Once i beleived i needed to extend by day they they advised what i needed to do but the body shop was able to complete my car on time and did not need to extend after all.Cons:Had wait more than 40 mins to be picked up because lyft drivers never showed up.(2) Driver send text they were here and not single car had pulled into parking lot of the body shopReviewed 27 Jan. 2018
