Pros:I liked the car and the location was very convenient.Cons:Very slow pick up and drop off process. Not enough employees or they were just too busy. Pros:I like the quick in and out process and the cleanliness of the car.Cons:My initial rental was not ready on time and I was not given a discount or compensated then my rental was delayed until the next day and I was charged the same amount and the car was had to be downgraded to a five passenger suv instead of a seven. It was devastating because it was my birthday weekend and it messed up my plans.Reviewed 9 Feb. 2021
