Cons:The associate at the Jackson Hertz was very unhelpful and discourteous. I reserved a mid-size SUV and on the reservation it said, “Jeep Cherokee, Ford Escape, Toyota Rav-4, or similar model.” However, the associate would not let me rent a Jeep Cherokee without paying for an upgrade.Reviewed 13 Aug. 2019

Pros:nice clean car, easy to pickup and easy to returnCons:my flight was delayed and I arrived about 4 hours later than expected. When I got there, they were out of cars for myself and two others. They had to go and retrieve them (not sure from where). The staff was great and kept us informed and apologized for the delay.Reviewed 25 Feb. 2019

Pretty much a nightmare experience from the first minutePros:Location was convenient to the airportCons:I got the run-around for more than 1 hour and ultimately we had to call corporate to get a car issued. The car I ultimately got was not the car I had reserved and was not very comfortable (a very basic Toyota RAV 4 instead of a Chrysler 200). I had lost my drivers license and my state issued a paper license to be used with an older expired license and the clerk at the counter refused to accept it even though it was a state-issued license. Manager also refused, even when told that the Hertz agreement only states that the driver must present a valid license (which I did). He told my husband that if we read the internal documents from Hertz (how in the world would anyone have access to this stuff?) we'd see that paper licenses were not acceptable. 2 calls to corporate only confirmed what we knew--a paper license issued by the state was indeed valid. 90 long minutes later, a car was ultimately issued. We have never had such poor customer service from a rental car company.Reviewed 1 Nov. 2017

Toyota Santa Fe is NOT BY ANY MEANS a comparable size to a 4RunnerPros:Aside from the things mentioned in the "what we didn't like" section... It was very clean and comfortable to drive.Cons:Since we have a Toyota 4Runner that is the car we put in the rental order for . Knowing that, at one point, we would have 5 people traveling with us. When we arrived they didn't have a 4Runner but had a Sante Fe waiting for us. Saying, "well, it does say "or comparable size". I told the agent we would have 5 people and luggage. He said it would seat 5 just fine. So, I trusted his knowledge. (LAST TIME I will EVER do THAT) He said that he also had a Yukon for an additional $75.00 a day. I wasn't thrilled about paying that much more since I KNEW the 4Runner I ordered would have seated us all comfortably, on our way to New Orleans. As it turned out, the Santa Fe DOES NOT fit 5 comfortably. I will admit the back seats were probably the most comfortable back seats I have ever experienced.... when there are TWO people in the back. But it is NOT big enough for 3 adults. The Toyota Santa Fe IS NOT BY ANY MEANS a comparable size to a Toyota 4Runner.Reviewed 8 Apr. 2017
