I arrived at 9am for car pickup. Line was 30+ people long due to major understaffing. Took at least 45 minutes to get up to the counter. Then was told that it would be a longer wait as they didn’t have cars ready to go again due to major understaffing of people preparing vehicles for rental. It was at least another 45 minutes to wait for a vehicle. The timeframe I lost should have been subtracted from my cost! Please make an adjustment for this and credit me money back. Pros:Never got a car, so nothing to like.Cons:I was sent to a pick up location that had been closed for years. Had to travel 10 miles to another location, then told I wasn’t in their system so no car available. Thank goodness Budget was right next door.Reviewed 18 Apr. 2021

Cons:The associate at the Jackson Hertz was very unhelpful and discourteous. I reserved a mid-size SUV and on the reservation it said, “Jeep Cherokee, Ford Escape, Toyota Rav-4, or similar model.” However, the associate would not let me rent a Jeep Cherokee without paying for an upgrade.Reviewed 13 Aug. 2019

Pros:The car itself was nice and drove well.Cons:I selected the Lakeland Dr office on the map and completed the reservation process. Unfortunately, I did not read the confirmation. Went to pick up the car at the Lakeland Dr and they did not have reserv. The reserv was at a site 20 min away, which was not on map when I selected!Reviewed 15 May 2019

Pros:nice clean car, easy to pickup and easy to returnCons:my flight was delayed and I arrived about 4 hours later than expected. When I got there, they were out of cars for myself and two others. They had to go and retrieve them (not sure from where). The staff was great and kept us informed and apologized for the delay.Reviewed 25 Feb. 2019
