Pros:Friendly, helpful staffCons:Had to wait 24hrs to use a MasterCard debit card, and car had a leaking tire with a spike in it that had to be filled multiple times with air throughout the trip.Reviewed 24 Apr. 2021

Pros:Vehicle ran well, gas mileage good!Cons:Vehicle did not live up to ad, very small not a 7 passenger 4 bag vehicle. we had five adults and 4 bags and were cramped!Reviewed 26 Mar. 2021

Pros:The staff member I talked to was nice, I was in and out quickly and the rates were fine for the car I was driving (Chevy Sonic).Cons:I dropped off my car on a Sunday and the office was closed. I had been told to park in any of the open numbered stalls, but when I arrived the lot was full of cars that had probably also been dropped off during closed hours. It seems like they need a bigger lot if there are going to be so many cars, it was not easy to navigate, especially in the dark.Reviewed 28 Oct. 2019

Pros:The manager, was not friendly, asked him if he need the insurance that I paid for, he said no didnt need to see it, didnt take me to the rental, pointed at it in the parking lot, and said thats it, didnt come out and do a walk around, for scratches or dings. suv had a very small fuel tank.Cons:the service, could of given me alittle bigger SUV, seens I was driving to flordia. couldnt write up, for me to get the suv a day earlier, so had to call the corporate office to get that done, they didnt understand why he couldnt of done either. nothing to write the time, date, milelage down.Reviewed 6 Sep. 2019

Friendly servicePros:Greeted by a VERY personable young man from WI. Sorry i failed to note his name. Easy process. Car was clean and ready to go.Cons:No mention of $200 deposit until at desk for pick up.Reviewed 12 Jul. 2018

No Cruise Control!!! Misinformed by clerk about paying tolls.Pros:Car was cheap, clean, reliable, and good on gas.Cons:The car didn't have cruise control, which was a big issue for such a long trip. I didn't realize until we were already packed and well on our way, or I would have requested a different car. This is something I assumed was standard on every car built since, I don't know, 1970. Also, I informed the clerk before leaving that I knew we would be passing at least two tolls without toll booths or ways to pay directly. I was told that it was no problem, that I could just go online and pay the tolls. Post rental, I find out that that is not the case, and now I just have to wait for the bill to come, which I am not happy about.Reviewed 21 Feb. 2018
