Using Kayak/Priceline sucked. They let me book a car at a location that wasn't available. I spent a lot of time on the phone with Hertz, and they helped me. I WILL NOT make the mistake of using Kayak again.Reviewed 22 Apr. 2022

Cons:They have double charged me. Hertz has a sleazy way of making it seem like you pay one thing but then they charge you much more later. I will not be renting through kayak again because this is a shady practice y'all are linking users up for.Reviewed 21 Oct. 2020

Cons:The pickup location was not even open at the time I was supposed to pick up my vehicle. Then I had to drive another 45 miles to the airport to pick up an alternative vehicle. Website information is not accurate and very poor overall experience.Reviewed 28 Jun. 2020

Pros:Staff was friendly, price was good for what I ended up with.Cons:The woman working the counter when I picked up was alone and super overwhelmed with how busy it was. She was incredibly nice, and also apologetic, but it was clear there isn’t really a system for ensuring cars are prepared for renters. Everyone had to wait a long time (an hour or so).Reviewed 30 Sep. 2019
