Cons:They have double charged me. Hertz has a sleazy way of making it seem like you pay one thing but then they charge you much more later. I will not be renting through kayak again because this is a shady practice y'all are linking users up for.Reviewed 21 Oct 2020

Cons:The pickup location was not even open at the time I was supposed to pick up my vehicle. Then I had to drive another 45 miles to the airport to pick up an alternative vehicle. Website information is not accurate and very poor overall experience.Reviewed 28 Jun 2020
