Pickup was quick and easy. But the cleanliness of vehicles needs to improve. The outside of the vehicle was dirty. The inside of the vehicle was not that clean. I asked the Hertz representative if the inside of the vehicle had been cleaned and she said all of the vehicles are cleaned before they are given to customers. I found crusted particles on the interior door panels, and some decorations that someone else left behind.Reviewed 18 Jun. 2021

Cons:They could check the condition of the vehicle before they rent it. My vehicle had 2 bald tires on the front and I was driving to Florida had to delay my trip until the next day because had to wait for 2 new tires to be installed. Started my trip driving in a snow storm tried to get out the day before. Windshield washer fluid was empty doesn't work so well driving in a snow storm.Reviewed 27 Feb. 2021

Pros:Nothing. From customer service to the actual car. Terrible.Cons:The rep repeatedly threatened my arrest if my husband drove the rental after I told her I’d be the only driver. The store was covered in signs warning to not smoke weed in their cars. The car was dirty on the inside and outside. Worst rental I’ve ever had.Reviewed 22 May 2019

Good variety of cars, office not greatPros:Car was good value for price. Booked a Ford fiesta which was perfect size for me.Cons:However, the whole agency is a bit slow and there are a lot of mechanics sitting around. Don't believe what they tell you on the phone line.Pros:Car was nice and clean, decent shape, had obviously been in some scrapes before.Cons:Called Hertz help line two times to verify that I wouldn't be charged an underage fee, as they said when I made the rental. Was charged 32 extra a day, which was more than the rental cost, despite two different people saying I wouldn't be. Not sure if both of the online reps were confused, but I'd really like that 130 bucks back, because I wasn't charged until I went to go pick up the car, AKA when it was too late to find another rental. Rather poor way to do business, overall would recommend renting from them as long as you're over 25, just be wary that they might not be telling you the truth about charges.Reviewed 20 Jul. 2017

Awful locationPros:The van was fine for the money, no frills at all.Cons:This location is awful. It's in a strip mall and it looks like it use to be a Cricket store. They service and clean their cars in the parking lot of this strip mall. When I arrived, there was only 2 people in front of me and it still took 45 minutes to be seen, because the 1 person working kept on answering her phone. Given the chance to rent a more expensive car at a better location, I'd probably take it next time. Also the car was not washed, but they said I could run it through a car wash and bring them a receipt, because I have nothing better to do apparently.Reviewed 13 Jul. 2017

Extremely Dirty VANPros:The ladies at the front desk were amazing, very cordial and helpful. VAN was very comfortable on the road.Cons:The VAN was a garbage pit. Dirty inside and outside (stained seats and floors, sticky windows, smelled like pee, dust and ashes everywhere, smashed bugs everywhere in the outside). Also, they were two hours late... I scheduled for 4 PM but didn't get the vehicle until 6 pm.Reviewed 9 May 2017
