USB in car did not work and we had no music or GPS for 1 week. Manager at location refused to give discount. I will never rent from Hertz or via Kayak again if I do not get a Credit on this rental.Reviewed 27 Dec. 2021

Pros:Easy location to accessCons:Stuck driving a cargo van with "Hertz" plastered on the side through the Rocky Mountains. Not the easiest of drives in a vehicle I was not comfortable driving.Reviewed 17 May 2021

Pros:Pick up and drop off was quick and easyCons:Car was much smaller than expected. Said Nissan Pathfinder or similar (and I know it says not guaranteed) but we got a Kia Sorento which was a lot tighter than we were planning for. Pros:Staff was friendly and quick and thurough.Cons:I picked up my keys before the baggage came around to avoid the wait in getting my rental. Very glad I did that, because their was a long line forming behind me as people got their bags.Reviewed 4 Mar. 2019

Bad experience overallPros:Quick drop off in Denver.Cons:First of all we waited 30 min for someone to come to the desk at the airport. They took their sweet time. All 3 of them were outside taking a break. Then took forever to give us the wrong car. Booked a small SUV. Ended up with a old expedition. Asked them to change it, said they didn't have anything else. Eventhough we saw at least 10 suv that was parked in their lot. Didn't argue as we were already behind schedule. Had to return it to Denver after driving 1/4 of our trip. Couldn't continue our trip with this. They still ended up charging 90% of the total cost.Reviewed 19 Apr. 2018

Pros:The counter person (girl) was very helpful and professional.Cons:The initial car given was too small for me to get into and drive. (I'm tall and fat). I was very impressed w/ how the young lady who rented me the car handled the situation. She exchanged the tiny car for a slightly larger car, whose seat went back farther, with no hint of judgment around my inability to fit into the smaller car.Reviewed 17 Dec. 2017
