Pros:The light skin guy working there does an amazing job! He has like a little curls afro. However outside of him it’s a big drop off when it comes to service. He’s amazing!Cons:I had to drive to the account for my rental only to be told that they didn’t have a car for me. That has to be fix.Reviewed 15 Sep. 2020

NO CARS AVAILABLE!Pros:Once the regional manager took action, the rest of the process was pretty much flawless. But of course it should never have come to that.Cons:Arrived and no cars were available, and with no advance notice. I was not the only one, either. I was offered no options whatsoever until I involved a regional manager, after which they were finally able to pick up a car from another location, after a delay.Reviewed 13 Sep. 2018

Hidden suprises!Pros:Good selection of vehicles. Staff not forthcoming with much info - example website appeard to say return car at specific time. Had I returned car as website indicated, I would have been charged an additional day. After several confusing answers the gal finally admitted car needed to be returned no later than 8am so we wouldnt be charged. Note to self, do your research and do NOT assume anything with them or else be prepared to be surprised when you get your final statement! Do not plan on using this Hertz again.Reviewed 21 Jun. 2017

Pros:Free upgradeCons:One person working. Got there at 9am and checked out at 10am. lady before me was waiting on the only person to clean her car, which she had paid for days ago. The car I rented started having Engine issues not even a mile down the road. I returned it and got a free upgrade to a Jeep. I was in a hurry and had to take the car dirty since I didn't have time to wait another hour for her to vacuume the car. Never renting from Hertz again.Reviewed 20 Mar. 2017
