Pros:Free upgradeCons:One person working. Got there at 9am and checked out at 10am. lady before me was waiting on the only person to clean her car, which she had paid for days ago. The car I rented started having Engine issues not even a mile down the road. I returned it and got a free upgrade to a Jeep. I was in a hurry and had to take the car dirty since I didn't have time to wait another hour for her to vacuume the car. Never renting from Hertz again.Reviewed 20 Mar. 2017

Dirty carPros:Staff was friendly and efficient at the pickup office.Cons:Car was very dirty on the outside. The inside was fine but the windshield was dirty on the inside. The car had over 45,000 miles on it which I have never seen before from a major rental company.Reviewed 25 Oct. 2015
