Service was good on both ends. Mixed on the car itself. I got a great deal and a better car than expected (Rav4 when I paid for a Ford Focus or equivalent). However, it was a car someone had smoked in previously. You can't get that smell out and while it wasn't overpowering and didn't ruin my vacation, it was inescapable whenever I drove even with the windows down. You should just take cars like that out of circulation.Reviewed 31 Jul. 2022

Cons:Engine light came on day two and because most Hertz locations are closed or have modified hours, I stuck with car that had something wrong with it. Then, they over charge me for rental.Reviewed 5 May 2021

Car was not sufficiently cleaned and gas tank was on a quarter tank.Pros:Hertz representative was courteous and knowledgeable.Cons:The car was not fully cleaned or fueled. I had to wait 10-15 minutes for them to fuel the tank.Reviewed 26 Jan. 2018

Address wrongPros:The address of the Hertz location is wrong. They moved 6 months ago. The new location does not have running water, therefore, they don’t wash their cars. Plan on getting a car in need of a wash.Reviewed 15 Oct. 2017
