Customer service at the RDU terminal was excellent. The car was clean and it felt like an upgrade from what I booked, as it was quite new (low mileage) and was very comfortable. I needed to pick it up early, which was accommodated quite graciously. I had a 900 mile drive in this vehicle with no issues.Reviewed 9 May 2024

Horrible. Received a confirmation email with a total price. When I showed up to pick up the car it was over 200 more. After 30 minutes at the counter (employee was trying) I walked away paying $75 more than quote. Then the car was old and had over 37k miles on it. Seats were stained and gross.
