There was no car available at the Hanover location and the attendant wPros:I personally located a vehicle at the Plymouth location by calling there. They were able to honor my reservation and were helpful. The whole experience took us Several hours out of our way and was a complete inconvenience.Cons:Kayak should reconsider using hurts at this handover location. It is understaffed, staff is unqualified and there are no processes in place for improving customer services. Basically, The situation was there are no cars we can’t help you I have no way to get you one so forget it.Reviewed 31 May 2018

Dirty carPros:The people behind the counter were nice.Cons:The car I was given was dirty and needed a wash badly. The inside also had a smell. I was offered a different car that had a strong smoke smell, two bad options. It took an hour to pickup my reserved car.Reviewed 4 Sep. 2017

Super easy, great rental!Pros:I had hoped to never drive a mini van again (been there, done that, I have 3 teens), but the mini van that we rented for our trip was GREAT! The people in the hertz store were wonderful! I had rented and paid ahead online, so I simply showed up, signed my name, and drove away. I will absolutely use them for our next trip.Reviewed 5 Jun. 2017
