I rocked up on time. They gave me a different car to what was booked, didn’t even take pictures or walk around the vehicle just tried to get me out the door in a hurry. Car was coming up with maintenance warning lights on the dash. Car would vibrate uncomfortably above 60 MPH. Low tire pressure, so I took it back the next day and it took them 2 and a half hours to swap out the vehicle for a new one. Which also had a service warning light on the dash. Both vehicles smelt awful inside as well. Overall worst experience with a car rental company. They clearly don’t look after their vehicles and dont care about customer satisfaction.Reviewed 28 Dec. 2022

Customer Service HorriblePros:The car itself clean and nice They didn’t have the van I requested but did upgrade me to a TahoeCons:The customer service was horrible the 2 men working the morning shift Friday the 23rd were absolutely ridiculous. Never in my life treated that way.... rude I feel they were stressed with the Holiday and took it out on me and the lady that walked in after. I will never rent from this location again.... I had to call corporate they actually helped me and were amazing. The gentleman Monday morning at drop off was also nice.Reviewed 28 Nov. 2018

Cons:Well they cancelled my reservation 20 minutes before I was due to pick up my car because they had nothing available for me. I had this reservation scheduled for 2 weeks at least prior to coming down.
