Car return, no one inspected the car on return to verify that it was refilled or if l was returning it in the condition l rented it. There were 3 workers standing in the distance that l had to approach. They were too busy talking amongst themselves and just informed me to leave the keys in the car, l asked for a receipt to verify my return... They said they email me one later? I left with concerns. I never got a confirmation and i tried to cancel but the site won't let me cancel and now i see a two charges on my credit card. I never got the service, I never picked up the car, I never drove it but I am seeing not one but TWO charges to my credit card. I never even got a confirmation about the reservation. Due to extreme weather and safety, I had to change the drop off location from Sarasota airport to a smaller location close by my home on Tamiami Trail. The drop off was seamless. The staff at both pick up and drop off were professional, quite cordial and very helpful. All in all, one of the smoothest and easiest car rentals I’ve experienced in quite a while. The young fellow that helped me at drop off… I’m sorry but I forget his name, But he was from Oklahoma and newly married… Was a breath of fresh air. So professional and helpful.
