Pros: Staff--friendly, helpful, wanted to help me find the best price, concerned that I got the best deal and experience. They did a good job and my concerns were with things out of their control.
Cons: Car was not clean; price was much higher than I expected
Cons: showed up at time and office closed at noon sat. no number to call on door. called help center on hold 2 hour while freezing and phillipines call center. they disconnected me twice. went to airport and 2 hrs more and they wanted $1100 . orig quote was $150. they did mot care and had no mgr. after6 hrs i supposedly got prig rate but refund ob my card was not right so i still have a problem with them
Hertz was fine - car rentals.com stunk!
Cons: On car rentals.com I chose the option to pick up the car at the airport. They then showed me an address in Revere MA without telling me that was not the airport. Since I don't know Boston I assumed the address they gave me was the airport address - but of course it was not. Then it was IMPOSSIBLE to get a hold of Car Rentals.com to try to straighten the situation out.
Cons: Picking up and dropping off, the staff weren't very friendly or helpful.
