Pros:Staff was friendly. Location is convenient.Cons:The vehicle was very beat up. It was missing the weatherstripping on the rear hatch, so it was very noisy. The vehicle was not the same class as what I reserved, so the MPG was way less efficient, therefore increasing fuel costs. The satellite radio service I paid for never activated.Reviewed 8 Oct 2019
