Friendly staff couldn't make up for extra costs added to overall billPros:Prepaying for gas.Cons:Cost for what was received. The peace of mind insurance charged is too much for one day use ($33.00)! No GPS in unit, had to pay an additional $6.99 per day. Extra cost for winter tires (you would expect that they would put these tires onto their vehicles as a rule in Canada to save their customers from being in accidents). I arrived in Saskatoon during a snowstorm freezing rain in February, what choice did I have! Overall the bill was more than expected. Read fine print before renting or better yet call to get specifics as you don't need to be surprised at pick up counter when charges are explained.Reviewed 16 Feb. 2018
