I never got a confirmation and i tried to cancel but the site won't let me cancel and now i see a two charges on my credit card. I never got the service, I never picked up the car, I never drove it but I am seeing not one but TWO charges to my credit card. I never even got a confirmation about the reservation. Due to extreme weather and safety, I had to change the drop off location from Sarasota airport to a smaller location close by my home on Tamiami Trail. The drop off was seamless. The staff at both pick up and drop off were professional, quite cordial and very helpful. All in all, one of the smoothest and easiest car rentals I’ve experienced in quite a while. The young fellow that helped me at drop off… I’m sorry but I forget his name, But he was from Oklahoma and newly married… Was a breath of fresh air. So professional and helpful. Pros:Staff was friendly and quick.Cons:Not sure why we still had to pay an additional $200 ontop of what we paid thru Kayak/Hurtz. They said it will refund in 10 to 15 days after rental return......Reviewed 24 Nov. 2020

Cons:It took several attempts to acquire roadside assistance for a flat tire, which was flat but still holding air when we picked up the vehicle. We were traveling, but were told we either have to return home or go to another facility which was far to get the tire changed. We got no help from the dealership where we rented the vehicle, and it took three attempts to finally get the help we needed.Reviewed 23 Mar. 2020
