easy access to gatwick airport with pick up/drop off by the hotel. after europe did find it rather expensive to eat and bar prices very high, but this is england!
Very reasonably priced.
Since we didn't need to use their 5 GBP shuttle service to Gatwick, their price was goodl. Bar nice but empty, did not try the food. Proximity to Six Bells pub was the best feature.
Parking tight and tricky.
Lovely boutique hotel, clean, fresh with lots of character, will stay again.
I liked the convenient airport transportation. Relaxing and friendly lounge in which to have a drink. Room was comfortable, clean and warm. Great place to stay to catch a flight at Gatwick.
Ease of getting around, helpful and friendly staff, generally quiet location
friendliness of staff and Pub down stairs. I suggest people choose the continental breakfast!
Easy access to the airport with complimentary shuttle to and from. A nice breakfast included with room price.
An excellent hotel. Superb location with a fabulous atmosphere. Great staff.
The young man who picked me up at the airport and checked me in was extremely helpful in pointing me toward some of the nearby sights I would otherwise have missed. Entire staff was friendly, helpful and just all-around nice. I loved the community, and the hotel's location, and the convenience of the airport transfers made entire visit outstanding. I would absolutely stay there again, and would highly recommend to others.
