The car and rental was good.. upon returning the car i had some pictures of some slight damage. U couldn’t see it very good in the pictures cause of the sun. It seemed to me the girl checking the car thought i did some very minor scrapes. I guess i will see when they take the payment off of my750.00 deposit. I asked if i needed to sign anything and she said no that i could go with no paperwork. I thought that it was odd. So i hope all goes well. The car was great. Ran great and good on fuel

Charged me $28.00 to fill a tank that was already full. Wasted my time on the phone and emailing my gas receipt to get it reversed. Wonder if this is a common issue at budget. Probably will not use them again.

Very quick pickup and drop off. Could have used more instructions on what to do with the keys upon return. Other rental companies had boothes at drop off location. Hertz only has the in airport booth.

Great service and great condition for the cars. Service either by phone and in person was really quick. Unfortunately I could not get Winter Tires for my reservation, but I was explained how can I make sure of that for the next time, and the way they work that out. So it really makes sense. The service was still great.

Post experience on pickup. They didn’t want to take my credit card, a card I had used to rent multiple vehicles with as well as bikes hotels with no issues. Poor attitude by the manager and the ladies working made me feel uncomfortable and made me feel like they were doing me a favour and manager made me buy the Strange which I don’t want or need as my Cred card covers insurance so it Meade the value not very good anymore. Manager said if I don’t take the insurance I can rent somewhere else. Not happy at all with experience and paid $39.99 plus tax for insurance I didn’t need. Def will never go back again.

Was charged $20 extra to have snow tires which is ridiculous. Ordered an suv and was given the smallest one possible. Didn’t qualify as a sub for my family of 4. So small we couldn’t fit our luggage in. I will do my best to choose another company as Thriftys sizing of their cars is not normal .
