Pros:

Staff was great, price was very reasonable and drop off was easy.

Cons:

The interior windows were dirty and had a hard time seeing the road because of it.

Very quick pickup and drop off. Could have used more instructions on what to do with the keys upon return. Other rental companies had boothes at drop off location. Hertz only has the in airport booth.

I liked charged me for fuel despite i returned it the same level , they changed the fuel level on the receipt to a different level on the initial invoice

They did not answer the phone and did not provide any explanation that my credit card had been checked. They never asked me to verify my credit. Additionally, the rental fee was charged twice. I called them, but they did not answer.
