Pros (+) Location is great.
Cons (-) I made an error while making the reservation. The hotel refused to reemburse me for some 150 pounds. Told me to send an email to which the hotel never responded to. Very poor service.

Pros (+) Hotel Cavendish is typical for the line of hotels of this type in this part of London. Smallish rooms, small bathrooms, no elevator, breakfast served downstairs. Exactly what you'd expect if you had stayed in this type of hotel before. Staff was nice and friendly, but...
Cons (-) But you also get what you pay for. This hotel's price was lower than the surrounding hotels and it was appropriate. Clean and nice, but not very well maintained. Our room had curtains missing half of their hooks, the breakfast was served with instant coffee in a french press. Nothing bad, but not a bit elegant. So appropriate value for the money.
