Cons:

The rate that kayak offered was not the same rate enterprise gave me, it was 40$ more expensive. I found that to be very frustrating what reason do I have to book through a third party if the price is going to change

- Free upgrade for first time and - unlimited millage - affordable rental

Cons:

- car was dirty outside, unable to do initial inspection properly - windows, driver and passenger somehow attracts dirt and sticks continuously making it hard to see - received the car almost due for change oil - windshield wiper blades were ineffective

Picking up the car and dropping off was straightforward and hassle-free. I received a thorough review of the car during pickup and clarification of any accompanying charges. Service from staff was courteous and professional.

Cons:

Minor detail but while the car was detailed properly, some napkins from Subway were left in the center console top compartment. The napkins weren't dirty but the clutter was surprising for a car that should be thoroughly detailed after a rental. Also could be more transparent on miscellaneous fees such as airport taxes and drop-off.
