when I pick up the car I did not have to wait long the staff was nice but the only problem was the car has a smell I have to buy an air freshener to spray the car. otherwise, everything is fine.Reviewed 28 Jan. 2023

Good rental experiencePros:Picking up the car and dropping off was straightforward and hassle-free. I received a thorough review of the car during pickup and clarification of any accompanying charges. Service from staff was courteous and professional.Cons:Minor detail but while the car was detailed properly, some napkins from Subway were left in the center console top compartment. The napkins weren't dirty but the clutter was surprising for a car that should be thoroughly detailed after a rental. Also could be more transparent on miscellaneous fees such as airport taxes and drop-off.Reviewed 11 Sep. 2017
