KAYAK
The process for pickup and drop off was very smooth. The car was spotlessly clean and drove well. The attendants explained the ferry situation clearly which made the whole trip much less stressful. Would definitely book through Kayak and Budget in Ketchikan again.

KAYAK

Pros:

Everything was close by and without hassle. I wanted to save a bit of money so reserved the smallest car I could even though there were 4 of us, and three are 6 foot or taller. They gave us a Suzuki hatchback and it was great. Lots of head room and leg room and very comfortable.

Cons:

The car was a little dirty. I think that's an Alaska thing. We found a sock in the back. Also something we did not know was the high price of the 5 minute ferry ride from airport to Ketchikan. Not the car rental company's fault, but a sticker shock for sure. $70 for 4 people and a car.
